Here are the steps :
1 . first locate the folder which has to be deleted.
2 . right click and select properties.
3 . click on security > advanced > owner
4 . check Replace owner on subcontainers and objects.
5 . click apply and ok for pop up window.
6 . now close everything and thus you can delete the folder.
